Hey there, itโ€™s November๐Ÿ The best time of the year for outdoor activities and exploring the nature! Weโ€™ve prepared something to fuel you for adventures โ€”โ€” CREAMY POTATO SOUP!


Here are what you need:

โ— 60ml olive oil

โ— 1.4kg sliced green cabbage

โ— 1 medium sweet onion, sliced ๐Ÿง…

โ— 8 medium potatoes,chopped ๐Ÿฅ”

โ— 3 medium carrots, chopped ๐Ÿฅ•

โ— 1.4L of vegetable broth

โ— 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided

โ— 177ml (vegan) sour cream

โ— 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill (optional)


Follow the steps below, itโ€™s easier than you think ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

โ— Heat oil in a large pot(medium-high)

โ— Add cabbage and onion

โ— Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until starting to wilt and brown

โ— Add potatoes, carrots, broth and 1 tsp salt

โ— Bring to a boil

โ— Reduce heat to medium-low, uncovered

โ— Stir occasionally until potatoes and carrots are tender(around 20 minutes)

โ— Remove pot from heat, stir in 1 tsp salt and sour cream

โ— Sprinkle with dill (optional)
